We collect the medical bill information you submit through our form, your name and email address for delivering your results, and limited payment information processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

Your medical billing information is used solely to perform your requested bill audit and generate your dispute documentation. We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your service request.

HIPAA Compliance

Medical Bill Fighter handles medical billing information in compliance with applicable HIPAA guidelines for business associates. Your protected health information (PHI) is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

Data Retention

Your submitted information is retained for 90 days following delivery of your audit report to allow for follow-up support, then permanently deleted from our systems.

We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or medical information with any third party for commercial purposes. Ever.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@medicalbillfighter.com. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
