Service Description

Medical Bill Fighter provides AI-powered medical bill analysis, error identification, and dispute documentation preparation. We are not a law firm. Nothing in our service constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice.

What You're Paying For

Your $29 payment covers a complete AI audit of your submitted bill, error and legal protection analysis, and a dispute letter and negotiation materials package. All delivered to your email within 48 hours.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work to provide thorough, accurate analysis, we cannot guarantee specific savings or outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control including the hospital's or insurer's response to your dispute.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to submit accurate and complete billing information. You are responsible for reviewing our output and deciding whether and how to use it. You submit disputes with providers at your own discretion.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital services, refunds are generally not available once your audit report has been delivered. If you believe there has been an error in your service delivery, contact us within 7 days.

Limitation of Liability

Medical Bill Fighter's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service ($29). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
